Very small bathroom/below standard. Breakfast very poor/staff at breakfast uninspired and quaralling. We wonder how/why the hotel got 4 stars. We would rank them 2 stars.

Excellent mid range hotel in the best location on the sea front. The owners were very helpful and the room service was excellent.

Restaurant staff were sour and unfriendly. The coffee was terrible and the buffet mediocre.

Great location, just steps away from the beach and shops. The large rooms have comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning, perfect for a business trip. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options to start your day off on the right foot.

The towels are thin and more like dishcloths, so be sure to bring your own. The rooms are in need of a renovation and the bathrooms are small and difficult to navigate.

Airconditioner was broken but they gave us a discount. Still very hot and had little sleep as lots of people walked past our room and we had to have windows open. Beds were really narrow. Kind of pricey especially with no breakfast. They offered a coffee machine, juice and a cake.

Great views from the window, and fantastic location near the beach and city center. The hotel also provided free wifi, which was a lifesaver for when we had to work remotely. the breakfast was excellent and provided us with a great start to our day.

The room was very outdated and not up to standard. The paint was peeling, and the bathroom was dirty.

We loved staying at this hotel as it was located in the centre of town and just a few steps away from the bars, restaurants, and beaches. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also impressed by the availability of parking facilities and the good transportation options from this location.

The bed in our room was too firm and uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Not comfortable at tall, so we only stayed one night and found another hotel which was much more comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront, allowing for stunning views from my room's balcony. The room itself was large and pleasant, with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even a mini-bar. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the bar, which offered a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to unwind after a long day.

Although there was no free parking near the hotel, the on-site parking garage was very convenient, albeit chargeable. However, I highly recommend this place to any families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The air con worked

Towels awful, dish cloths..Breakfast cramped and mediocre quality. Bathroom very cramped, chipped, dirty, just awful. Pillows on bed almost flat. The ad said direct or lateral sea views. We had a 'Superior room' and backed onto the rear street with no view of any sea whatsoever. Car park expensive, cramped, hard to find. I would not in any way recomend that you stay here, there are far better places in Alasio at far lower prices.
